Freelance/ ZZP Agreement (Overeenkomst van Opdracht)

If you’re a freelancer or hire independent contractors, an Overeenkomst van Opdracht is vital. It clearly defines services, fees, and responsibilities while minimizing risks for both parties.

When to Use: Use when engaging or offering freelance or contractor services for specific tasks or projects.

Example: A graphic designer is hired to create a logo for a client. They use an Agreement for Services to define the scope, timeline, and payment.

Steps After Placing Your Order

  • Step 1: Order & Consultation
    After placing your order, we’ll schedule a short call to discuss your requirements and expectations.
  • Step 2: Questionnaire
    You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your business and needs. Return it within 10 business days to keep the project on track. Your answers form the foundation of your contract.
  • Step 3: Drafting the Contract
    Based on your answers, I’ll create a customized contract for your business. The first draft will be delivered within the agreed timeline.
  • Step 4: Complimentary Revision
    You can review the draft and request one free revision within 10 business days. Additional changes will be charged at my hourly rate. If no feedback is provided within this period, the contract will be considered finalized.
  • Step 5: Final Delivery
    Once revisions are complete, I’ll deliver the final, professionally formatted contract, tailored to your needs.
